steve steve says:

Is he using a rotovac cfx with the wand? Of course the rotovac is going to win. I don’t really care either way, but the test is ridiculous.

benjiheads says:

makes me laugh ” YEEEE HAAA YEAH THE ROTOVAC 30000 WE HAVE COME UP WITH ANOTHER IDEA TO MAKE YOU BELEAVE YOU DO NOT NEED ANOTHER WAND” RIGHT so please give me the answer to this Q , how do you get to the corners and right to the edges to clean the carpets ? a wand maybe

818silencer818 says:

Where the fuck is the steam?

galantu1st says:

that’s right!

Danielle Ivor says:

And the people making this video have no heat on the wand and probably didn’t pre treat. They want to make the rotovac look better…

Danielle Ivor says:

It all depends on the technician, not the equipment, you would get a better clean with a wand if you follow the correct procedure. Either way, if you half-ass your job using either one of these machines, of course the carpet will still be full of stains.

kbremer22 says:

i clean mostly restaurants and bars i started out with a good quality portable mytee m-12 and grew to a hydramaster cds 4.8 . on the dirty stuff i use the rx-20 instead of a wand. there really is no comparison between portable and tm units. I will say this neither work without the right prespray.

IanTC12 says:

Hmm you don’t push forward with wands, they’re not designed to be pushed that way, unless you want to break the head.

MrFlorida86 says:

Just call Stanley Steemer, the’re the best! You can’t clean carpet with a roto pos, dumb fucks

Boorizzle1 says:

1st of all The right SOLUTION beats CHEMICALS any day of the week… 2nd Common sense… Solution+Steam+Vacum(extraction) = THE RIGHT WAY !!! U simply cannot buff dirt out of carpet… That’s a GIMMICK!!! Also that goofy circular rotating pad must be FILTHY & cannot get corners efficiently… TRUCK MOUNT SIX JET WAND WITH QUALITY SOLUTION IS THEE ONLY WAY !

austinbischoff says:

might need to go to iicrc school to learn how to use a wand

PhatChance Athat says:

Its not the tool that gets out stains its the chemicals you use. I’ve been called to fix many TM screw ups too.

bench595 says:

I love how you just showed your ignorance once again. keep posting moron.

bench595 says:

yes, everyone knows that lift can be measured in waterinch lift or mercury. thanks for pointing out the blatantly obvious…. fucking moron! duhhhh

1637927 says:

also the lift is measured in units of mercury and isnt called the water inch lift but you knew that already huh? jackass

bench595 says:

you are totally ignorant towards some of the portables that are out today. some have the same waterinch lift, psi, etc…as most truckmounts. sorry that you are too stupid to know about this. fucking moron.

1637927 says:

what are you serious a portable against a truckmount?? have you ever used a Quality truckmount? if you had at least once in your life you wouldnt post your ignorance for all of us to see.

cavoglavi says:

THEY ARE BOTH FAULTY. THROW THE GODDAMN THANG INTO WASHING MACHIN.

Kevin Leach says:

From the angle you’re showing the wand, we can’t even tell if the spray is on. You also might learn a better technique. you don’t push down on the wand on the forward stroke unless you are scrubbing the carpet. Did you use any detergent? I didn’t see the black marks go away with the rotovac 360 either.

zrx7769 says:

not necessarily. todays portables can produce the same stats as the truckmounts

ScottCharles1 says:

truck mount units are entirely over kill when it comes to cleaning carpets plus they are use less
in an office building. plus once you calculate the loss of suction over 50 + feet of hose is a joke. bottom line whether your using a quality portable of trk mount is the tech’s skill and attention to detail.

bestcleanersorlando says:

I’ve used both systems and the rotovac360 cleans better. It’s amazing what we get out after a truck-mount service is done. Its not the truck-mount unit or the portable vac rather the head and jets on the roto360 that kicks SSA!

MrPab85 says:

If your going to try and change the public’s mind you might as well do it honestly your using a rotovac agains a portable cleaner and everybody in the industry know’s that a truck mounted unit is way better than a portable

luxiguy says:

Try buying yourself a decent porty then it will work even better!
