That has been my personal experience when going up against Century-Link with documented proof that they overcharged me. C-L claimed they never received it, ignored my appeal and BBB went over to their side. It’s so easy to fuck the little guy. BBB is like the unemployment office; ultimately their best interests are with the business, NOT the poor schlep trying to recoup the few lousy dollars he’s entitled to.
